The strategic dimension, after the analysis of the original position and after successfully completed training, aims to create consultation frameworks regarding the redevelopment of existing buildings as well as new buildings, with the aim of socially implementing the principles of energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources and building material recycling in Romania and Bulgaria, as well as the other partner countries of the project.
At the same time permanent work relations should be established, the exchange of good practice ensured and transnational activities carried out, which finally enable a network to be built, which also guarantees the further transfer of Know-How after the end of the project.
The results obtained in Romania and Bulgaria and the experience gained should be transferred to the partner countries. In particular the west European partners should compare the project results with their national standards, evaluate and disseminate the experiences gained and give the feedback to the Leonardo partner network.
The Bulgarian partner should check the transferability of the project experiences, results and products and implement them. The Hungarian and Czech partners should disseminate the project results and products in their regions.
